Do you know where your cat goes at night? Perhaps they go to Felinia, a mystical land deep within the Mystical Forest where cats gather at night.

11-year-old Zary Evan’s family moved from Philadelphia to Maine at the beginning of the summer. Zary is shy and loves to read. Her brother Lucas is outgoing, and a tad reckless. Zary, tired of rescuing Lucas every time he messed up, decided to ignored her brother and his chaos for the summer. In fact, at times, she was downright mean to him. And that made Bubbles, the Evans’s cat, seething mad at Zary.

Bubbles is no ordinary cat. She is the Queen of Felinia. And she rules with an iron paw but has a soft spot for wounded or mistreated children. So Bubbles decided, as Queen, she would find a way for those children to live as adored kittens in Felinia. And that summer, Bubbles came up with a plan.

Will Bubbles bring Lucas to Felinia because his sister mistreated him? And if Bubbles does, will Zary need to rescue him again? How would Zary even find him?
